Here are some company & manufacturer guidelines
Were our delivery guys a little rough on the road? Something might have been damaged during the shipping process. Don't stress to much Davey Depot is on it. Just take pictures of the damages before installing and send to us. Once approved by the manufacturer your new parts will be shipped immediately. (MANUFACTURER ONLY SHIPS PARTS TO BE REPLACED THEY WILL NOT SHIP A NEW CABINET UNLESS COMPLETELY DESTROYED)
Did we forget something? Let me Davey Depot be the first to apologize. Things can get left off orders on rare occasions. This is why we ask that upon your scheduled delivery date someone over the age of 18 with knowledge of the order be present. Your delivery person will have a BOL(bill of lading).Get a pen and start marking off the items to confirm everything is there. In the event something is missing mark on the BOL the missing item before signing off. Once you have your copy please send to us and we will get the manufacturer to preform a dock search to locate the item and get it shipped out.
All CLAIMS NEED TO BE MADE WITH IN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. SOME EXCEPTIONS MAY APPLY
What payment methods do you accept?
Sales tax Info?
At this time we are accepting all major debit/credit cards, checks, cash, apple pay, Financing with AFFRIM. Checks must be mailed in, and clear before we can place order. All orders are paid in full. We do not take deposits as our manufacturers do not. After 24 hours your order will be submitted to production and with in 5 business days we should have a shipping ETA.
Cancelling orders!!!We allow up two 24 hours to cancel any order. We pride our selves on getting our customers orders processed fast to keep up with lead times. Any cancel request after 24 hours will not be honored.
We are required to collect sales tax based on your states tax laws. We do accept tax exempt forms properly filled out. Have us install your project and save on sales taxes with a capital improvement form. (Installs are only in NYC, NJ, PA, CT at this time.)

Product Returns
There are NO returns on any ASSEMBLED cabinets. Under any conditions.
We do allow returns on RTA items that are in their original undamaged packaging.
There will be a 25% restocking fee applied by the manufacturer on any returned items. Customer is responsible for shipping any items being returned back to the manufacturer. Once received by the manufacturer it can take up to 5 business days for them to approve the refund.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the continental United States only.
Our Lead times are 5-15 business days depending on location. Some locations may have to deal with third party shipping companies. This is usually a seamless process, but there are the one or two occasions this can cause delays.
99% of the delivery trucks will not drive on unpaved roads. There's always that 1% but who plays those odds. Deliveries are curb side delivery only and may require a tail gate. Tail gate charge is $35-$50 pending delivery company
Davey Depot is not in anyway in control of the shipping and delivery process. This is strictly between manufacturer and shipping companies. They provide tracking 24-48 hours after your order has been shipped. Once we have it, you will have it. That's a Davey Depot promise
RTA cabinet lead time is 5-10 business days
Assembled cabinet lead time is 5-15 business days
American cabinets are all special order, lead time can range 6-8 weeks.
Warranty & Product Info
All of our in stock products are 1/2" plywood box. 3/4" solid birch face frame. The doors are a maple veneer heat pressed onto the HDF substrate. This is the most common practice for many painted and stained doors. This process helps prevents doors from natural expanding and contracting which is the main issues facing the solid wood door industry. The expanding and contracting of solid wood causes doors to split, warp, and bend. With our product you are less likely to face these issues. If these problems do arise, our manufacturers offer up to 5 year warranty on most door styles with the exception of painted doors. Painted doors carry a two year warranty.
Special order American made products can range from 1/2" to a 3/4" solid plywood box. They also offer solid wood door options. Just keep in mind solid wood doors as stated above may have some of the issues over time. So ALL of our American made product has life time limited warranty
